
I began my career in the hospitality industry, working both front-of-house and back-of-house, where I learned firsthand how service, timing, consistency, and guest experience directly impact a restaurant’s success. Those early years shaped how I think about marketing today: the most effective marketing starts with a deep understanding of how a business actually operates.
I later earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UMass Boston, strengthening my foundation in branding, leadership, and long-term growth strategy. At the same time, my passion for storytelling evolved into professional photography and videography, becoming a core part of my skill set. Through the lens, I learned how to capture not just products or spaces, but emotion, the atmosphere, energy, and identity that make a business memorable.
By combining hospitality experience, business strategy, and creative production, I founded PromoCrave Media. My mission is simple: help small and mid-sized businesses compete like big brands through marketing that is intentional, visually compelling, and built for growth.
